Crispy Corn Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Boiled Corn
2 Tsp Chilli powder
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Rice Flour
2 Tbsp Cheese Grated
2 Tsp Milk
1 Tsp Salt

Method:

1. Boil the corn till it is cooked well, drain the water and grind the corn to a fine paste after adding salt. Do not add water while grinding.
2. Add the corn paste to the mixture of rice flour and chilli powder.
3. Mix everything, the mixture should not be runny.
4. If it is runny add a tsp of rice flour and mix again.
5. Once the mixture reaches the consistency, add the grated cheese and mix everything until combined.
6. The mixture should be in the consistency to make a ball. Adding rice flour after adding the cheese is not a good idea.
7. The mixture is now ready to be made into balls.
8. Refrigerate the balls for 1 hour, so that it holds the shape.
9. Now the balls has been in the refrigerator for an hour and is now ready to be fried.
10. Dip the balls in milk and then coat it with bread crumbs.
11. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame.
12. The balls are ready to be fried in the hot oil.
13. Fry in the hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not fry for long as the cheese might melt.
14. Hot and crispy corn cheese balls are ready.
15. Serve the cheese balls with ketchup.
