Homemade Wheat Pasta

Ingredients:

1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 - 3 Tbsp Water (Optional)

Method:

1. In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 Cup flour, egg and oil.
2, Mix everything to form a soft dough.
3. Add water, if the dough is not forming. Add one tbsp at a time.
4. Once the dough is formed, cover it in a plastic wrap and place it at room temperature for 1 hour.
     This helps with improving the elasticity of the dough.
5. Now flour the working space with enough flour and roll the dough until it is transparent. Cut the         dough into small rectangle shapes and pinch at the middle ( for the shape). Make any desired shape     as your wish.
6. Do not overlap the pieces. Place it separately on a tray linked with plastic wrap and let it dry for 3 -     4 hrs.
7. Fresh home made pasta is ready to use in your dishes.
